I am very pleased to announce that effective July 16, 2008 the shares of The Richards Corporation, which includes TIA Galley Products were acquired by Zodiac S.A. (www.zodiac.com).  Zodiac is a global leader in the aviation industry for a wide variety of aerosafety systems, aircraft systems, and cabin equipment, and is listed on the Paris Stock Exchange. 

TIA Galley Products brings its strength in the corporate and VIP galley insert markets, expanding airline presence and its growing lines of galley inserts to Zodiac’s already strong position in the cabin equipment segment.  TIA will join Monogram Systems (www.monogramsystems.com), the industry leading cabin equipment and systems integration supplier, providing expanded product and service breadth in the galley insert market. 

The acquisition will provide current TIA customers the expanded resources, support, and product options of the broader Zodiac group.  We look forward to discussing new opportunities with you in the near future.
